To be eligible, you must have graduated from a high school in Summit, Cuyahoga, Stark, Medina, or Trumbull County, be enrolled in a college or university for the Fall 2026 semester, and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.4 on a 4.0 scale. Please complete every field and attach all required documents before submitting.
