Eleven years ago, Providence Baptist Church launched this Scholarship Benefit to uplift our graduating high school seniors and college students. We created it to honor those who have not only maintained strong academic standing but who also serve their communities with compassion and grace. Many of our students face personal challenges while pursuing higher education, and this benefit stands as a testament to their resilience, faith, and perseverance.

We are reminded that “…with God, all things are possible.” — Matthew 19:26b. At Providence, we believe it takes more than a village to raise a child — it takes a village to nurture their dreams. That’s why we remain committed to encouraging, motivating, and uplifting our youth to believe their academic and career aspirations are not just possible — they are promised.

Thanks to the unwavering support of our community, we have been blessed to expand this scholarship beyond our church walls, reaching students who may never have thought help was within reach.
